Meiborg does not use SMS or phone data for unsolicited marketing purposes.

Certain phone calls may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, compliance, and security purposes. Where required by applicable law, notice of call recording is provided at the beginning of the call or through other reasonable means.

5. Information Sharing

Meiborg does not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

We may share information only with:

  • Authorized service providers that support our phone and messaging systems
  • Internal personnel with a legitimate business need
  • Regulatory or law enforcement authorities, where required by law

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect phone and messaging data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Access to communication records is limited to authorized personnel.

7. Data Retention

We retain phone and messaging records only for as long as necessary to fulfill business, legal, and compliance obligations, after which the data is securely deleted or anonymized according to company retention policies.

8. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 10.

By receiving SMS messages from Meiborg, you agree to the following terms:

Product Description

Meiborg sends operational SMS messages to company drivers, contracted carriers, and business contacts. Messages may include dispatch and load assignment notifications, pickup and delivery updates, estimated arrival times, schedule changes, EFS fuel and cash advance notifications, and general operational coordination.

Opting Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or END to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Carrier Disclaimer

Meiborg and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Meiborg may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at https://meiborg.com/privacy with a revised effective date.
